Meet Kosta Gara, the dynamic driving force behind Team In Motion. As a result of his leadership, Team In Motion is one of the most successful distributor support organizations in the world of direct marketing. In fact, at the age of just 31, he became the youngest millionaire within his previous company. He led an organization in excess of 200,000 highly successful distributors in over 40 different countries around the world.

At the incredibly young age of 34 Kosta retired. After a short 18 months sabbatical, he could not longer remain inactive. Kosta strategically aligned his values and talents in a new direction and commenced building an organization of 20,000 distributors in 12 short months.

Kosta was raised by a single mother. Money was so scarce Kosta worked odd jobs to help support the two of them, all the while attending high school and later university. He was determined to put the hardships of his life behind him for good, and he believed that hard work was the only way he could achieve his goals. Armed with the confidence his mother instilled within him that he could overcome anything as long as he believed in himself, Kosta went on to develop and build his own Tech Company.

Kosta’s Tech Company grew rapidly and things were looking up after many years of struggling to make ends meet. However, world events that affected so many, quickly changed Kosta’s business and life plans.

The great tragedy of 9/11 struck us all in one way or another. One of its many effects was the manner in which it devastated the high tech industry. Kosta’s business perished under the cloud of industry turmoil.. His company went bankrupt and with it, his dreams once again appeared to be dashed.

Recently married, Kosta found he was unable to support his wife. His home, his car and so many of his belongings; all were lost. Many items had to be sold so that Kosta could avoid personal bankruptcy. However, even in the face of this adversity, Kosta vowed to his wife that this experience would not keep him down forever. Rather, this would only be one more challenge of many he had faced in his life and which he was determined to overcome.

Armed with his determination and unwavering belief, Kosta entered into the direct marketing industry, and the rest, as they say, is history. He now has an extraordinary organization that focuses on recruiting people and empowering them to be the leaders they were born to be. His unique worldview, “never say die” attitude, incredible work ethic and boundless optimism are the tools he uses to inspire leaders worldwide.
