This is one of those questions that often is asked and gets a variety of answers….Given my curiosity in this area I did some investigation in this area and learned that Dr. Frederick Herzberg was an American psychologist who became one of the most influential names in business management. He is most famous for introducing job enrichment and the Motivator-Hygiene theory.
